They are incredibly lucky and proud to be located 40 degrees South of the equator in one of Australia's best regions for growing grapes, barley and hops. This gives them access to amazing cool climate wines, world renowned whisky and cracking craft beer.
You will certainly find a wide selection of wines originating from many of Australia's iconic regions, but the largest share of their wine list is dedicated to bringing their guests the best of Tasmania's cool climate wines.
