Come to the Art Gallery this summer to view Strange Nature and try your hand at creating your very own embroidered beetle art piece.
Inspired by the works of artist Vanessa Newton-Brown currently on display in the Strange Nature exhibition, this workshop is facilitated by our Curator of Fine Art and Design, Ashley Bird, with his extensive knowledge of textile art.
Join in the activity with other keen crafters for a relaxing afternoon at the Art Gallery in this two-and-a-half-hour workshop.
Bookings
This workshop is for adults with some experience, or are beginners. Suitable for children aged 13+ if attending with a participating adult. All persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and all attendees are to purchase a ticket.
