On site will be Tasmanian experts in microhydro power (Paul Coull, Island Renewables) and solar PV (Martin Dingemanse, Mode Electrical). By touring Tin Dragon Cottages you will see the benefits of sustainable renewable energy.

Did you know some of the worlds best seafood is harvested from clear waters surrounding North East Tasmania? Furthermore the deep red soils produce clean fresh vegetables and fruits, and the country's finest grass-fed and organic beef, pork and lamb - native foods too!

In the evening Mark Cornish chef from Trailhead Food, Doug Cox from Swinging Gate Vineyard and Michael and Gail Rockcliff from Tulendeena Farmgate will lead you through a unique menu of local produce. This will truly be a paddock to plate experience!
