World Street Eats is back in 2020, ready to serve up more delicious international street snacks to you! Back at the Launceston Civic Square on 16th February from 10 am to 2 pm, we’ll be bringing you your favourites from Brazil, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, Philippines, Thailand… Yup all over the world!
Inspired by the multiculturalism in Launceston, World Street Eats aims to showcase different cuisines and street food one can find around the globe. It brings the diverse community together around a common love for heart-warming food; food that feeds not just the tummy, but also the soul.
Speaking of the soul, we’ve also got you covered with various performances from our talented local buskers, music is the language that transcends all cultures and speaks straight to the heart.
We’ll also have our little Makers corner set up to support our local small businesses. Bringing a variety of Tassie produces, handmade items, gifts and various treasures, be sure to indulge yourself in some much needed retail therapy.
It’s all happening on 16th February, from 10 am to 2 pm, Launceston Civic Square.
