Quamby Bluff, the northernmost peak in the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area, provides panoramic views of Northern Tasmania including the Central Plateau and Great Western Tiers.
The original inhabitants of the area were the Pallittorre Clan of the northern nation of Aboriginal Tasmanians.
The walk takes you through the rainforest and over scree as it winds its way to the summit. Some bushwalking experience is recommended for this grade three 4-5 hour hike.
